PAYMENT: We accept all major credit cards.Mastercard,Visa Card,American Express and Diners Club Card.
POSTAGE: Postage is $13.00 for 1 or 2 pairs within Australia, by Registered Post. More than 2 pairs please email us for a quote.We can also post overseas by Registered International Post.Postage to the USA is approximately $40 AUS but please email for more details.
DELIVERY: Shoes will be processed and dispatched within two working days upon receipt of your order.All stock is subject to availability.
Returns will be accepted if the product is returned in its original packaging, is free from marks, has not been worn, or if the product is deemed to be faulty.Normal guidelines for Refunds apply. All unworn footwear must be returned within 14 DAYS of purchase,with a copy of the receipt and a brief description outlining the reason for return.The return cost of postage will not be refunded.

Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail, advising on whether the product is available, and if so your payment will be processed, and your shoes delivered.
2/ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY SHOES TO ARRIVE?
We will dispatch your shoes within 2 working days upon receipt of your order.
3/ HOW DO I PAY FOR THE ITEMS AND ARE MY DETAILS SECURE?
We accept all major credit cards and all details are kept private through our secured web site.
4/ WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SIZE IS INCORRECT?
We will gladly exchange your pair for the next size most suitable, or alternatively a different style if required.
MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY
Sometimes due to manufacturing or exceptional demands, we may not have your first choice.However some styles may be put on special order and delays could be expected.If this is the case you will be notified and the charge will not be made until goods are ready to be dispatched.
