Returns will be accepted if the product is returned in its original packaging, is free from marks, has not been worn, or if the product is deemed to be faulty. Normal guidelines for Refunds apply. All unworn footwear must be returned within 14 DAYS of purchase,with a copy of the receipt and a brief description outlining the reason for return. Sometimes due to manufacturing or exceptional demands, we may not have your first choice. However some styles may be put on special order and delays could be expected. If this is the case you will be notified and the charge will not be made until goods are ready to be dispatched.
